Chalkidiki olives stuffed with caper

The Rose of the Mediterranean, is the ancient name of the caper. The caper has almost zero calories but many nutrients to make it a superfood. Three to four soft, tender buds, after being gathered carefully, will be stored in brine and vinegar solution until they are ready to fill the green Chalkidiki olives. Without being particularly hot, they increase with their spicy taste the enjoyment of olives with caper, at other levels.
