Green Olive Paste

Recipe ingredients

• 2 cups of pitted green olives
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of oregano
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of vinegar
• A handful of walnuts

Recipe Execution

Put all the ingredients in the blender, slur it and pour the oil slowly until it becomes homogeneous. Put the mixture in a glass jar, close it and keep it in the fridge.
