Meatballs with green olives
for the sauce:
First, we prepare the mince. In a large bowl, put the toast, retsina, 1 teaspoon bukovo, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little garlic.
We add the egg, some oil and mix. Finally, add the mince and knead well.
Mince must always be fresh. If we are going to keep it for days, it is best to knead it first and keep it in the fridge.Once the ingredients are homogenized, leave the mince for an hour in the refrigerator.Shape the meatballs and flour them. Put oil in the pan and wait to warm up.
As soon as it starts to burn, fry the meatballs well, turning them in all directions.
When ready, take them out on a dish.In the same oil, prepare the sauce. Cook the garlic finely chopped. Pour the tomato, salt and a little sugar.
Add water, simmer and then add the olives. We wait for 2-3 minutes to smell and serve the meatballs with the sauce.
